makeqr.artQRForge in a desktop browser: the headline “Print it once. Point it anywhere.”, the Design a code and See pricing buttons, and a sample code. QRForge on a phone: the same headline and buttons above a sample code.

Our take

Dynamic QR codes you can re-point after printing. The editor opens without an account, styles seven kinds of code by shape, colour, logo and frame, and exports PNG up to 1024 px for free, with a small QRForge badge; saving a code needs sign-up. AI QR art is switched off, and annual billing is not for sale yet.

What you can do today

  • Design a code in the editor without an account: URL, text, Wi-Fi, vCard, e-mail, SMS or phone, styled by shape, colour, logo and frame. A draft is kept on your device for 24 hours.
  • Export PNG up to 1024 px for free; the page says free PNGs carry a small QRForge badge in the frame footer. SVG export needs Starter; PDF and EPS need Pro.
  • Sign up to save codes. The page offers unlimited static codes and 2 dynamic codes free, with no card required. A dynamic code uses a short link on makeqr.art/r/…, so you can change where it points after printing.
  • Plans are Free $0, Starter $9/mo, Pro $19/mo and Business $49/mo. Checkout starts a monthly plan.

Not yet

  • AI QR art. The page says the studio refuses every prompt, plan credits cannot be spent and credit packs are not for sale, and the style gallery is labelled a simulated preview.
  • Annual billing is not for sale yet.
  • On a phone, the header’s Dashboard button is cut off at the right edge.

Your data

When someone scans a dynamic code, we record the code, time, country, region and city supplied by Vercel request headers, device type, operating system, browser, language and referring URL. Location is inferred from the network request, not GPS.

How we checked

We opened the public pages on 25 September 2026 in a fresh browser and did not sign in, submit a form, upload or buy anything. Where a feature needs one of those, this page reports what the product itself says rather than what we saw it do.
